Make an appointment for your family to be seen prior to your trip and receive:

  1. A review of your itinerary.

  2. Recommendations for immunization updates.

  3. Counseling and medications for preventing illnesses and problems such as:


    • Malaria and other insect-born diseases.
    • Traveler's diarrhea and other food born illnesses.
    • Altitude sickness or jetlag and other travel associated problems.

Important appointment reminders:

  1. Make your appointment at least four weeks prior to your trip. This allows for the necessary time to administer immunizations and antimalarials.

  2. Bring your outpatient medical record and immunization records to your appointment.

  3. Appointments are not necessary for travel to:

    • Australia
    • Canada
    • Caribbean Islands(except Haiti)
    • Diego Garcia
    • Guam
    • Mainland Japan
    • New Zealand
    • South Korea
    • Western Europe (England, Germany etc)

At bottom of escalator and hospital map, turn right. Go through the corridor turn left at Main Street Cafe. At first corridor intersection, turn right. Go to the end, take stairs or elevator to 2nd floor. Turn right.
