Graduate Education and Research Center (GEAR)

The GEAR Center promotes excellence in health care and militarily relevant research and human subject protection. The GEAR Center focuses on:

• Support for investigators offering consultation and education in literature search, research design, and statistics, as well as offering financial support for beginning investigators.
  
  
• Protection of human research subjects through its support of the Scientific Review Panel and the Institutional Review Board.

Responsible Conduct of Research
Provides oversight of the WRNMMC clinical investigation and research program
and support to investigators.

Colon Health Initiative
The WRNMMC Colon Health Initiative is dedicated to colorectal cancer screening research, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education.

Nursing Research Service
Supporting nursing research needs for the Northeast region.
